When is Zephi launching?

How does pickup work?
When service opens, you'll choose an available pickup time and location. More details will be announced as we get closer to launch.
How does wash & fold work?
A laundry professional will wash and neatly fold your clothing. Care options and specific service details will be announced closer to launch.
How does delivery work?
After wash & fold is complete, your clean laundry will be delivered back to your selected location. Timing details are still being finalized.
Can I use Zephi without the mobile app?
The customer experience is still being finalized. More details will be announced as we get closer to launch.
Can I place an order now?
Not yet. Zephi is coming soon and is not accepting customer orders.
How much will Wash & Fold cost?
Laundry care from $39.99 for one standard 13-gallon bag. A Zephi service fee applies. Additional bags and optional faster service are priced before you confirm your order. Pricing may change before launch.
What does the flat-rate bag include?
Pickup, washing, drying, folding, and standard delivery for laundry that fits inside one qualifying standard bag.
What size is the flat-rate bag?
Approximately 13 gallons, similar to a standard kitchen trash bag, around 24 inches wide by 27–28 inches tall when laid flat.
What if my laundry does not fit?
Additional bags and bulky or specialty items are priced before you confirm your order.
How will my information be used?
