About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Zephi pre-launch website at www.zephi.app. Zephi is preparing to bring laundry pickup, wash & fold, and delivery to Portland, Oregon. Nothing on this website offers laundry service today.

Zephi is not yet accepting customer orders. Pricing, service areas, launch details, and availability may change before launch.
The public starting price is not a final order total. A Zephi service fee applies, and additional bags and optional faster service are priced before an order is confirmed.
Using this website
Use the website lawfully and submit accurate information. Do not disrupt the site, submit automated or abusive messages, scrape it at scale, or interfere with form security checks. We may decline or remove abusive submissions.
Provider applications
Provider applications are coming soon. This website does not accept applications. Once the Zephi app launches, you’ll be able to apply directly in the app. Submitting a future application does not guarantee approval, create employment, or create an active provider relationship.
Information you submit must be accurate. Zephi may review and verify application information and contact you for further details.
Activation requires the required screening and verification, acceptance of the Provider Agreement, and payout setup. Third-party verification is subject to separate disclosures and authorizations where required. The Provider Agreement governs the active provider relationship; these website terms do not replace it.

We use the details you submit to reply to your questions. See the Privacy Policy for how public-form information is handled.
Our content
The Zephi name, logo, and website content belong to Zephi. Do not reuse them without written permission.
No warranties and limits
This informational website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Pre-launch plans should not be relied on as a guarantee of service or earnings.
Changes and contact
