How earnings work.
See your estimated earnings before you accept an order, and follow every payout from pending to paid.
Earnings are not guaranteed. What you earn depends on the orders offered in your area, the offers you choose to accept, and the orders you complete.
Current provider share
80% of laundry and Express service
Providers currently earn 80% of the laundry service amount and 80% of the Express service amount for accepted orders. The Zephi customer service fee is not included in Provider earnings.
Tips, when enabled and successfully paid, are intended for the Provider. Each actual offer shows its estimated Provider payout before acceptance. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Earnings on every offer
Each order offer shows its estimated earnings alongside the bag count, Standard or Express service, and the pickup area and window. You decide whether to accept or decline.
Your balances
The Earnings tab in the Zephi Providers app shows your order earnings and payout status.
- Pending
- Estimated earnings for accepted orders that haven’t been delivered or paid yet.
- Available
- Earnings that are ready for transfer.
- Paid
- Earnings that have been paid out to you.
Payouts
- Payouts are set up through Zephi’s secure payment partner after your account is activated.
- Banking and identity details are handled by the payment partner, not stored by Zephi.
- Zephi is pre-launch. Payout balances will appear in the app once Zephi payouts are live.
