Provider requirements.
Explore the requirements for Wash & Fold + Delivery, planned for launch. Applications will open in the Zephi app once it launches.
Identity verification and background check
Approval requires identity verification and a background check through a third-party screening provider. You’ll receive a separate disclosure and be asked for your authorization before any check is run.
Applications will open in the Zephi app once it launches. This website does not collect provider applications.
Equipment
- Reliable access to a washer. You do not need to own it.
- Reliable access to a dryer. You do not need to own it.
Your laundry space
- You must be able to keep each customer’s laundry separate.
- Your laundry processing area must be smoke-free.
- Your exact home address is not required to apply.
Pickup and delivery
- Wash & Fold + Delivery providers handle pickup, laundry processing, and return delivery for the orders they accept.
- You’ll set a service ZIP code and a service radius in miles.
Experience
- Prior experience is not required.
Before your first order
- Pass identity verification and a background check through a third-party screening provider.
- Review and accept the Provider Agreement.
- Set up payouts through Zephi’s secure payment partner. Banking and identity details are handled by the partner, not stored by Zephi.
