When can I apply?
Provider applications are coming soon. Once the Zephi app launches, you’ll be able to apply directly in the app. Wash & Fold + Delivery is planned for launch; Wash & Fold Only and Laundry Business / Facility options are coming later. Application details
Do I need to own a washer and dryer?
No. You need reliable access to a washer and a dryer, but you do not need to own them.
Do I need laundry experience?
Prior experience is not required.
Do I handle pickup and delivery?
Yes. At launch, Zephi works with providers who handle their own pickup and delivery.
What does verification involve?
Approval requires identity verification and a background check through a third-party screening provider. You’ll receive a separate disclosure and be asked for your authorization before any check is run.
Will the application ask for my Social Security number?
This website does not collect applications or sensitive identity information. Required verification happens separately through an approved third-party service with appropriate disclosures and authorization.
Do I have to share my home address?
No. Your exact home address is not required to apply. You’ll share a service ZIP code and service radius instead.
How do I choose which orders to take?
Each order offer shows the bag count, Standard or Express service, the pickup area and window, and estimated earnings. You can accept or decline each offer, and offers close automatically when their timer ends.
Can I set my own schedule?
Yes. You set your weekly hours, service radius, and how many standard Zephi bags you can complete per day, and you go online when you’re ready to receive orders.
How much will I earn?
Providers currently earn 80% of the laundry service amount and 80% of the Express service amount for accepted orders. The customer service fee is excluded. Tips, when enabled and successfully paid, are intended for the Provider. Each actual offer shows estimated payout before acceptance. Earnings are not guaranteed.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are set up through Zephi’s secure payment partner after activation. Banking and identity details are handled by the partner, not stored by Zephi.
What happens after I apply?
Zephi reviews your application. If it moves forward, you’ll complete verification, review and accept the Provider Agreement, and set up payouts before you can accept orders.
